Yes. You do not have to choose a template. Describe goals, users, processes and needs; a feasible scope and quotation are assessed together.

Yes. Target screens and browsers are included in the agreed scope. Studio desktop/tablet/mobile previews help explore the concept; the final product is developed and tested separately.

Yes. Language count, content/translation responsibilities and per-language pages are agreed. Changing editor language does not automatically translate your custom text.

No. The studio creates a design concept. Development, domain, hosting, content and launch require separate scope.

Account ownership, access, costs and renewal responsibilities must be explicit in the project agreement. A design license does not automatically determine them.

Internal tools or repositories are not automatically delivered. Source files, documentation and maintenance rights are defined in the written scope.

Describe workflows, user roles, reports and integrations. Feasibility and phases are quoted after discovery; portfolio demos are not ready production systems.

API access, provider terms, data quality and security are reviewed. Integration is not guaranteed before third-party access is verified.

Not currently. The site offers browser project preparation and email drafts. Customer accounts, administration and automated order tracking are not presented as implemented.

Support duration, scope, access and further development are agreed separately. An inquiry is not a promise of unlimited maintenance or free additions.

Yes. Describe services, staff, schedules, roles and notification needs. Moving from the demo concept to a production system needs separate development and safeguards.

No. No reservation is sent to a real business. Booking and management screens are fictional browser demonstrations.

No. Do not enter real patient, customer or medical information. Explore with sample services and fictional staff.

Design JSON carries services, staff and appearance, not the session’s demo bookings. It is not a backup of real records.

Yes. Include the occasion, recipient, story, style and mood preferences. Final production follows scope and agreement.

Yes. Edit your own lyrics or request writing. You need the right to use supplied material; lyrics and recording rights are assessed separately.

No. It turns stories, lyrics and musical preferences into a readable concept. Example recordings are pre-existing audio files.

Advertising, social media and commercial permissions depend on deliverables and production inputs and are set in a written license. Automatic commercial rights are not assumed.

No. Lyrics, composition, recording, artwork, third-party and AI-assisted outputs are assessed separately. Only legally grantable rights and verified terms can be promised.

Current studios have no payment step; you can prepare a browser concept. This does not mean final development or music production is free.

Yes. Use supported editor controls and review again. A saved/exported file is the earlier snapshot; explicitly save the updated version.

Studios offer validated JSON transfer. Full web packages may carry image bytes; full project packages may include contact and creative text. Review before sharing; files are not automatically transmitted.

No draft-storage backend exists in the app. Memory, explicit local saves and tab snapshots are distinct. Hosting may process site requests; that does not mean drafts are uploaded.

They remain in local previews. Full web packages may carry bytes; appointment project transfers keep only the logo filename and require re-upload. JSON import does not send anything to SCGENCO.

Complete the project brief, optionally attach a studio design and review the prepared text. Open the email draft and complete sending yourself; attach JSON manually.

No. The site supports discussion and quotation preparation. Acceptance and binding effect of an actual quotation follow its written terms; preparing a form is not order confirmation.

Scope, pages/workflows, integrations, content, revisions and usage rights are assessed. Sample product prices in previews are not service prices.

No payment/subscription infrastructure currently exists. Payment terms, milestones and external-service costs are agreed per project.

No fixed time is given before scope and inputs are clear. Schedule, dependencies and customer feedback are addressed in the project agreement.

Revision limits, scope, feedback method and acceptance criteria are agreed. Out-of-scope changes are reassessed for time and price impact.

Yes, you can request them. Feasibility and impact on the existing solution are reviewed; additional scope and terms are agreed in writing.

Prepare goals, examples, content, brand assets, needed integrations and usage expectations. Do not put secret credentials in forms or JSON files.

The intended model retains reserved rights in eligible original work with the provider; customers receive an agreed usage license. Protection and chain of title are assessed per deliverable; not all material rights automatically pass to SCGENCO.

You may operate it under the commercial license granted in the agreement. This does not automatically authorize reselling templates/source code or sublicensing to other businesses.

Modification, maintenance and source-access rights are agreed. Expressly granted rights are not removed by this policy; third-party licenses remain applicable.

Browser form drafts are not sent automatically. Explicit project snapshots may save contact fields; if you send email, providers process the message. Purposes and outstanding issues are in the processing notice.

Send privacy questions to s.canergenco@gmail.com. Valid formal request channels and procedures are still being confirmed; the notice explains rights and this limitation.

Theme and local/tab drafts may be lost; there is no server backup. Earlier downloads and sent emails are not deleted by browser cleanup.
