SCGENCO is a personal brand operated by Sabri Caner Genco. This text does not assert corporate incorporation, registration or certification.
This policy distinguishes browser work, saving and sharing. The processing notice is separate; this policy replaces neither that notice nor explicit consent.

Inquiry preparation and communication
Contact and project forms prepare a browser draft from your name, email and voluntary project descriptions. Preparation, copying or JSON import does not send anything to SCGENCO. If you choose to send, your email app completes delivery; you attach files yourself.
Forms do not submit to a remote form API. Fields stay in memory while editing. An explicitly informed/confirmed combined project snapshot may include contact data. Conditions for assessing received emails and carrying out projects are covered in the processing notice.

Website designs and images
Brands, descriptions, logos and photos preview in your browser through local object URLs. Explicit website draft saves retain configuration, not image bytes. Full website/project JSON packages may contain image bytes and custom text. Import is not sharing; no server backup exists.

Appointment demonstration
Services, staff and availability are demonstrations. Created appointments remain in the session and are excluded from design JSON. No reservation is sent to a real business. Do not enter real customer or medical information. A production booking system requires separate scope and safeguards.

Stories and lyrics
Recipient names, occasions, stories and lyrics may be personal; share only what is needed. Music preference saves exclude custom title, story, lyrics and notes. Full concept/project exports may contain them; tab snapshots may save them after explicit confirmation. Your inquiry is transmitted only if you send the email. Final production tools and rights are assessed per project.

Real Estate Studio
Listings, agents and map points are fictional samples. Search, favorites, comparison, listing edits and viewing/lead workflows are simulated in the workspace only, with no actual address, CRM transfer or booking. Do not enter real customer/sensitive data. Explicit local saves retain branding, edited samples, favorites and notes, excluding image bytes, leads and viewing requests. Explicit JSON/project packages may contain local images. A global language switch separately confirms a temporary full-concept tab snapshot, removed when the new studio opens. The map makes no external service requests.

Hosting, media and external links
The owner reports selecting Cloudflare Free for hosting. Actual deployment and account settings were not verified in this audit. Site/media requests may disclose IP and HTTP information to infrastructure. Security logs, cookies, subprocessors, data locations and retention must be confirmed before publication.
The observed app has no advertising/tracking script, remote form service, newsletter, embedded third-party player or external font request. Fonts and media are served with the site. Local performance measurements stay in memory, not analytics servers. External navigation follows the destination service’s terms.

Retention and choices
Browser memory is not a server backup. There is no automatic localStorage expiry; sessionStorage usually follows the tab session, which browser restoration may retain. You control downloads. A purpose/legal-requirement based retention/deletion schedule for received emails and any service records has not been confirmed; no duration is invented.
Use studio clear controls and browser site-data settings. Clearing a save does not retract downloads or sent emails. Clear drafts on shared devices and review exports before sharing.
