01
Ownership and license
SCGENCO is a personal brand operated by Sabri Caner Genco. This text does not assert corporate incorporation, registration or certification.
Intended default model: unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of legally protectable original work and reserved economic rights remains with Sabri Caner Genco; customers receive the agreed usage license for delivered work. This does not claim every output is automatically protectable or all rights belong to SCGENCO. Actual protection and chain of title require legal verification.
02
Written project-specific license
Define personal/commercial use, web publication, business operation, social media/advertising, modification, duration, territory, exclusivity, transfer, sublicensing and source-file delivery expressly. Unlimited/exclusive rights are not assumed. Where Turkish law requires, identify individual economic rights separately in a written agreement rather than a vague all-rights statement.
03
Web and software deliverables
Distinguish custom deliverables, pre-existing libraries/tools, reusable components and frameworks. Reserved rights in eligible original components may remain with the provider; customers receive sufficient rights to operate the agreed solution. Internal tools, repositories or source files are not automatically delivered. Agreed maintenance/modification rights remain available.
04
Third-party and customer rights
This policy neither acquires nor overrides open-source, font/image/theme licenses or customers’ rights in their materials. Required notices and distribution terms remain applicable. Domain, hosting-account and business-data ownership/access are agreed separately, not confused with a design license.
05
Music and AI assistance
Lyrics, composition, sound recording, artwork, customer material and third-party inputs are separate rights layers. Production may use creative software or AI-assisted tools; automatic copyright protection, exclusivity or complete ownership is not guaranteed. Commercial use, distribution or sublicensing is not promised before actual tool terms and input rights are reviewed.
Personal listening, family/friend sharing, social media, web, advertising and brand promotion permissions are agreed separately. Only legally available rights are licensed. A studio concept does not itself grant a usage license.
06
Business use and resale
Agreed commercial web use differs from reselling a standalone template or sublicensing code to other businesses. Licensed campaign music use differs from selling the underlying recording or transferring the license. Resale/distribution/sublicensing may require additional written authorization; ordinary agreed business use is not inadvertently prohibited.
07
Portfolio and confidential projects
Publication of customer work, logos, business information, private code or unreleased material is not automatic. Included parts, permission, confidentiality, embargo and timing are agreed per project. Private files are not published without permission; personal data requires separate assessment.
08
Final rights schedule
Include a deliverable list, ownership/input record and usage-license schedule in the agreement. Economic and moral rights are distinct; source delivery is not rights transfer. This policy is not a final license agreement before legal review and a written agreement.
